Aura- Human Energy field
In order to talk about energy protection, it is essential to study the characteristics of the energy field of the entity we wish to protect. The aura refers to the electromagnetic field surrounding individual beings. Its vibrations can be high or low.
The frequency of the human energy field varies individually and depends on a person's emotions, thoughts, and both mental and physical health. The different vibrational levels of the aura can be distinctly perceived and, when associated with color perception (whether through third-eye vision or association), can be differentiated. We associate different types of energies with different colors, which our minds represent as colors. We call it auric vision because, complemented by visualization techniques, it can present a real colorful image.
The so-called chakras are found in the aura. The word comes from the Sanskrit word meaning "wheel." Their main role is to transform energy, reshape it, and amplify the life force within the energy system. The chakras are the main components of the aura that receive and emit energy.
There are seven main chakras, which are as follows, from top to bottom:
- Crown chakra: its color is gold
- Third eye chakra: its color is violet
- Throat chakra: its color is blue
- Heart chakra: its color is green
- Solar plexus chakra: its color is yellow
- Sacral chakra: its color is orange
- Root chakra: its color is red
If we are healthy physically, there is no disturbance in our emotional world, and our mental health is also fine, then our chakras function ideally, and we do not need to pay special attention to their maintenance. However, as soon as something stronger affects our aura, its vibrations change, and there may be disturbances in the functioning of the chakras. It is common for there to be a "block" in a chakra, where it cannot perform its functions correctly, and energy cannot flow freely but becomes stagnant, leading to accumulation. In worse cases, diseases may develop.
It is advisable to defend against these impacts using various methods to prevent unwanted negative effects and keep them away from ourselves so that we can function harmoniously. This is the purpose of establishing protection.
There are many types of energy protection techniques.
Some are general techniques, while others are personalized. Everyone must find out for themselves which one is most suitable. The protection should be established effectively on all three levels (astral-emotional world, mental-thoughts, physical-the body, which means the material world).
Astral protection can be established by envisioning a protective shield around the astral body. It can be enhanced by keeping our emotions in check and controlling them. We can apply mental protection to our aura by making ourselves aware of the existence, nature, and effectiveness of the protection, focusing our thoughts on what we are currently dealing with, and trying to dissolve our blocks, thereby opening the way to liberated consciousness.
On the third level, physical protection is established, which is closely related to the proper functioning of auric protection; unfortunately, many neglect this. Its significance lies in the fact that the health of the body is also essential for good well-being, and it is important to protect our bodies from diseases. It is advisable to defend against physical impacts like bacteria, viruses, and toxins.
This is also possible astrally in the presence of harmful entities. We defend against this with the aforementioned astral protection.
Useful tips for physical protection:
- Drink 2 liters of water daily, which cleanses and detoxifies.
- Consume plenty of fruits and vegetables.
- Supplement any potential vitamin deficiencies.
- Avoid ingesting toxins as much as possible.
If we apply this three-level protection, it ensures effective protection against potential harmful impacts, which may include:
- Hostile intentions directed at us.
- Experiencing low-frequency emotions (e.g., hatred, anger, rage, nervousness, fear, jealousy, envy, selfishness, etc.).
Harmful effects also include self-esteem issues, lack of self-confidence, hostile entities in our environment, as well as physical pathogens, toxins, diseases, and physical injuries.
